I’m a bit late with my SOLC posts this weekend, but not because I’m lazy! I’ve been having major computer problems on my macbook pro trying to access my wordpress site from home! I’m still not sure what it is, but here’s a little bit of what happened….

I sat at my computer and as I opened the internet browser, I desperately hoped that my wordpress site would open. Instead, I got the same message I had been getting these past two days. Can not open the webpage, the address has moved or try reloading.

I was annoyed, angry and agitated. When I was at school yesturday it worked. It worked on my Ipod at church. Yet, at home, it won’t connect. As I sat with my laptop,I continued my endless search on the Internet for possible causes. Then, I screamed to my brother, “I think it’s a virus!!! “. He didn’t reply, which was surprising. I brought my computer out to the living room and explained to him my current diagnosis of my computer dilemma.

As I read aloud what usually happens when you get this trojan virus on your Mac, he told me that I don’t have any of those particular symptoms. Then, I explained how someone had the same problem as me after downloading Divx program. He just sat and continued typing away on his laptop.

I downloaded the anti-virus software on my laptop, desperately hoping that this would be the solution. It took forever for the program to scan on my files, I left my computer on as I went to sleep.

The next morning, I woke up bright and early. I checked to see if there were any viruses on my computer. Nothing.

Laptop is still down, now I’m using my school computer to keep up with the challenge…
